Declan takes your through our signature BLOKfit class. BLOKfit is an intensive functional circuit class which will push you to your limits. This class will work on three mini circuits, with each circuit focusing on either upper body, lower body or core, giving you a complete full body workout while increasing overall endurance. BLOKfit is the ideal class to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness while all the time working towards a strong foundation.

Calisthenics - Pull Session

A basic familiarity with the pull up bar is required for this class - It is not suitable for complete beginners but does give variations in difficulty level. Build strength in your upper body and core with our low-impact, bodyweight Calisthenics - Pull Session. This thorough pulling session uses a pull up bar to take you through a series of concentric and eccentric movements and isometric holds. After a warm up, the class focuses on the pull up and the front planche. We then move onto working the core; in the form of knees to chest or toes to bar depending on level. The session rounds off with a cool down. Concentrating on honing the foundational skills that form the basis of more advanced work. This low impact workout can be done at any time of day, and is perfect for anyone interested in body weight training who wants to build strength. You will need a pull up bar.
