We begin with pranayama breath work, using the '4-7-8 Relaxing Breath' technique, before moving into a restorative yin sequence (including deer, square and reclining butterfly poses) to rejuvenate the flow of prana energy through the body.
We bring our Weekend Revive Series to a close with a guided, body rotation meditation, and a mantra led meditation to finish.
Practiced in the evening, and on an empty stomach, try to make this session the last screen you look at before bed; as you head towards a deep and restful sleep.
Suitable for all levels, you will need a yoga mat, a bolster or pillow, and a blanket.
