Introduction

We wouldn’t be anywhere without our community and you have undoubtedly got us through lockdown, (all 3 of them!). 

The images, stories and videos you tag us in keep us going every day and we want to hold on to some positives in this crazy time and start celebrating you more. We’d love to hero our BLOK customers on our instagram, mailer and sites, and in our ads. However, to start doing any of this we need some photos and videos of you enjoying BLOKtv.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be showing our favourite ones across our platforms and anything we use in paid ads will be given a free annual BLOKtv membership for them and a friend.

HUMAN FACES

We’d love to see landscape videos and photos of you in your home, looking directly at the camera. honest, simple, no frills. Giving your all for a few moments. You don’t have to worry about cleaning up the cuts, we want lots of raw shots.

HOME WORKOUT

We also want to see landscape photos and images of your personal workout style. Where do you train at home? What’s your BLOKtv set-up? Laptop/TV/ tablet? How do you look and feel after your workout?

TALKING POINTS

In addition to your workout video, we’d love to hear about your experiences with BLOKtv, talking direct to camera. Here’s some topics to get you started, but please feel free to speak naturally and explore topics that come to mind.

– What is your favourite BLOK class?
– What is your favourtie discipline? Barre, yoga, boxing etc?
– Have you mastered a skill on BLOKtv?
– What time of day do you like to train?
– What do you like most about BLOKtv?
– Who is your favourite BLOK instructor and why?

VIDEO SET-UP

– Please shoot everything in landscape.
– Keep the camera steady. (A tripod would be best if you have one, but don’t worry if you don’t).
– Shoot in well lit rooms. If you use lights, point them the same way as the camera 
– No big brand names anywhere, please.

 

– Video length – 25-30 seconds each.
– As many different workouts as you want.
– Different times of day:
     – Sunrise, Sunset, Afternoon, Evening
– Please speak clearly.
– Quiet environment when speaking.
– Feel free to send in as many videos as you like!

Important Information

Please send your footage and images to us uncompressed, using email, Dropbox or WeTransfer. If you’re happy for us to tag you, please include your name, location and instagram handle.
